Do you offer returns?
Yes. You can return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it.
Returns within Poland are free of charge.
Can I exchange my goggles?
Of course! If you’d prefer a different frame or lens, we make it easy to exchange. Simply follow the return process and let us know your preference during your return request.
How do I start a return or exchange?
It’s simple! Use our Returns Portal to initiate your request and follow the instructions. If you need to send your goggles back, please ship them to our warehouse in Poland:

What condition should items be in for a return?
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Products that are damaged, unsanitary, or missing key components may not be accepted.
What if my goggles arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
