Warranty

For products purchased on our website, please reach out to us by sending an email to support@hokenoptics.com. We offer a two-year warranty on all HØKEN products, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. 

For products purchased from local retailers or e-tailers, please reach out to them directly to file a warranty claim. Warranties do not apply to Final Sale, Clearance, or Open Box items from HØKEN retailers.

What’s Covered by Our Warranty?
•    Any manufacturing issues with the sunglasses or goggles—this includes problems with lenses, frames, temples, straps, or screws.
•    Items that show up with scratches, marks, or discoloration right out of the box. If something’s wrong when your order arrives, let us know ASAP (within two weeks, max) and send us photo proof.

What’s Not Covered by Our Warranty?
•    Everyday wear and tear, like scratched lenses or frames, or straps wearing out over time.
•    Damage caused by improper handling, storing, or accidents.
•    Harm from chemicals or solvents, such as sunscreen, hair spray, alcohol, and the like.
•    Frames melting from extreme heat exposure.
•    Fogged-up lenses from sweat.
•    Lens issues like delamination or damage from chemicals, saltwater, pool water, etc.
•    Items that are lost or stolen after delivery. Once the shipping carrier marks it as "Delivered," the order is considered fulfilled.
•    Glasses altered in any way—this includes prescription lenses added by a third-party optician.
We’ll evaluate every claim and decide if the issue falls under our warranty.

All HØKEN ski goggles and sport sunglasses meet European safety and quality standards and carries the CE mark in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and ISO 12312-1:2022 and ISO 18527‑1:2022. A copy of the Declaration of Conformity is available on request by contacting info@hokenoptics.com
